Bailey sisters win champion awards at the Indiana State Fair Fashion Revue

INDIANAPOLIS - Two Pulaski County sisters have won champion awards at the Indiana State Fair Fashion Revue for outfits they made and modeled at the event finals Saturday, Aug. 9, in Indianapolis.

Melissa Bailey was the winner in the Free Choice category for her swim suit, while Sara Bailey was the winner in the Separates category. They are the daughters of Glenn and Dawn Bailey of Winamac.

State Fair Best:

Sisters Melissa and Sara Bailey brought home two state champion awards to Pulaski County at the Indiana State Fair Fashion Revue for outfits they made and modeled at the event finals earlier this month in Indianapolis.

Melissa (left) was the winner in the Free Choice category for her swim suit, while Sara was the winner in the Separates category. They are the daughters of Glenn and Dawn Bailey of Winamac.

The grand champion of the event was Virginia Deig of Vanderburgh County who was the champion in the Suit or Coat category.

Earlier at the fair in the prelilminary Fashion Revue event, the Bailey sisters were selected in the Top 15 to advance to the Fashion Revue finals. Pulaski County's Michaela Cook also was named to the Top 15 in the Separates category.
