Half-mile section of SR 39 in Pulaski County closed through October

INDIANAPOLIS - The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) is alerting drivers to the closure of State Road 39, between CR 750 South and CR 800 South in Pulaski County on Monday, Sept. 25 through the end of October. 

Crews will restore the bridge over Harp Ditch. This project is a $350,000 bridge restoration investment that INDOT has awarded to JCI Bridge Group Inc.

State road detours must be along state-maintained roadways only. Drivers traveling south on SR 39 will be detoured west on SR 14, south on U.S. 421, east on SR 16 and back to SR 39. Drivers traveling north on SR 39 will be detoured west on SR 16, north on U.S. 421, east on SR 14 and back to SR 39.
