June 30, 1950 to November 22, 2017

WHEATFIELD - Forest R. Manns, 67, of Francesville passed away Wednesday, Nov. 22.

He was born June 30, 1950, to the late Forest and Irene Risner Manns in Hammond. He  married Sallie Conley on May 1, 1967. She survives.

Also surviving are children: Anthony (Angie) Manns, Fred (Carrie) Manns, Buffey (William) Morgan; 9 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and brother Gary (Carrie) Manns.

Mr. Manns was self-employed at Jack-of-all-trades. He was a member of the Sons of American Legion Post in Medaryville. He loved to hunt, fish, and trap.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 3 to 7 p.m. (CT), Monday, Nov. 27, at  Boersma Funeral Home, Wheatfield. The funeral service will be at 6:30 p.m., Monday, at the funeral home with Pastor Rick Helton officiating. A graveside service will be at 10 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 28, at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Rensselaer.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family.
