She enjoyed writing poetry. Over the years she held many jobs including working as a telephone operator, factory laborer, and custodian at West Central Schools and as a caretaker for the Francesville Town Park. Most of all, she was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was always supportive of her family and her community. Mrs. Sutton was a former member of the Francesville American Legion Auxiliary and a former den mother. She was a kind and caring person, a defender of the underdog and always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need. She will be sadly missed by those who knew and loved her.
